Flour + Water Foods
Flour + Water Foods

Since 2009, we’ve been obsessed with nailing the details at Flour + Water, our first restaurant in San Francisco, and the inspiration behind our Flour + Water Foods dried pasta line.

When the only ingredients are flour and water, there is no room for error, and we’ve worked tirelessly to bring the precision of what we’ve perfected in our restaurant to your kitchen.

Our pasta is crafted with the highest quality, organic North American semolina grains and extruded through artisanal bronze dies to set you up for success at home. Using true semolina grain creates a golden hue that you can immediately see, but the real secret is the texture of the noodles.

The deep, rough ridges of our pasta grab hold of your sauce and all the flavor that comes with it. The result? The perfect al dente bite, every time.
